How much does body sculpting cost in Nairobi?
Real numbers from our Kileleshwa clinic — per session, per course, and the things that genuinely change what you pay.
Most clinics in Nairobi will not tell you a price until you walk in. We publish ours, so here is the full picture — what one session costs, what a realistic course costs, and why two people wanting a flatter tummy can be quoted differently.
Per-session prices
- Slimming and contouring massage — from KES 3,500
- Hydra facial — from KES 4,000
- Vacuum therapy — from KES 4,500
- Stretch mark work with RF and wood therapy — from KES 5,000
- Face and jawline firming with HIFU or RF — from KES 8,000
The exact figure depends on the size of the area and how many machines the session combines. A waist-only wood therapy session sits at the bottom of the range; a full abdomen plus flanks with cavitation and RF sits higher.
What a full course costs
Body work is a course, not a single visit — that is the honest part most price lists hide. Plan on 6 to 10 sessions for a body area and 3 to 4 for the face. Paying session by session at the prices above, a tummy course typically lands between KES 30,000 and KES 60,000 depending on the area and how many machines are combined.
A membership is usually cheaper for exactly the same treatments, because the sessions are bundled. Memberships start at KES 12,900 a month. The structured Postpartum Body Reset programme is KES 45,000 for the full 12 weeks.
What makes the price go up
- A bigger area — abdomen plus flanks costs more than abdomen alone.
- Loose skin as well as fat — that needs RF or HIFU on top of cavitation.
- More sessions, because the starting point is further from the goal.
- Add-on serums on facials, which are optional and priced separately.
What does not cost you anything
The 30-minute assessment is free, including the measurements and the written plan. You can take that plan away and decide later. We do not take payment online — you pay at the clinic by M-Pesa or card.
If someone quotes you a single figure for a body transformation before measuring you, be careful. The area, the skin and the number of sessions decide the price.
Is it worth it compared with surgery?
A full contouring course costs a fraction of liposuction in Nairobi, with no anaesthesia, no theatre fee and no time off work. It also does less in one go. Which of those matters more is a personal call, and we go through it honestly at the assessment.

No. Nothing is charged online when you book, and the assessment is free. You pay at the clinic when you start treatment.
Yes, for the same treatments. Memberships bundle sessions, so the price per session drops. If you only want one or two sessions, pay-as-you-go is fine.
Memberships are monthly, which spreads the cost. Programmes are quoted as a package and can be discussed at the assessment.
Because the area size and the machines used change the session cost. We give you the exact figure in writing at the free assessment, before you commit.
