Most clients see visible change from session 4–6. Full transformation takes 8–12 weeks depending on your goals.
Can I do body contouring while breastfeeding?+
Some treatments are safe during breastfeeding; others we'll schedule for after. We'll customise your program in consultation.
Do you treat postpartum mums?+
Yes — postpartum body restoration is one of our specialities. We typically start 6–8 weeks after a vaginal delivery and 12 weeks after a C-section, with doctor clearance.
