Who we are

What we collect

  • Booking and enquiry details — your name, phone number, email address, chosen treatment, appointment time and anything you tell us in the notes field.
  • Assessment and quiz answers — the goals and concerns you share so we can recommend a suitable treatment or program.
  • Website usage — pages viewed, buttons clicked, the page that referred you, approximate location (country/city level) and a randomly generated visit identifier.

Why we use it

To confirm and prepare your appointment, send you appointment reminders and results information, answer your enquiries, improve our treatments and website, and measure how well our website and advertising perform.

Who we share it with

  • Google — Google Analytics for website measurement and Google Ads for advertising measurement and ad optimisation. This covers page views and actions such as starting a booking, clicking to call, or messaging us on WhatsApp.
  • Our email and hosting providers — to deliver confirmations and reminders and to run this website.
We never sell your information, and we do not share your name, phone number or email address with advertising platforms.

Cookies, measurement and your consent

Measurement and advertising cookies start switched off. If you are visiting from the UK, the EU/EEA or Switzerland we ask for your permission first, and nothing is measured until you accept. Elsewhere, measurement runs by default and you can still opt out at any time. You can change or withdraw your choice whenever you like: . Withdrawing stops further measurement and advertising data immediately; information already sent cannot be recalled.

How long we keep it

Appointment and client records are kept while you are a client and for as long as we are required to keep treatment records. Website measurement data is kept in aggregate form by Google according to their retention settings.

Your rights
